Superplastic collaborated to outfit their animated IP in vintage Tommy styles for the runway show.
As the Project Manager, I oversaw the animation pipeline, facilitating cross-functional communication between the Tommy Hilfiger team, our internal animation department, and the external animation vendor. I ensured seamless coordination, tracked project milestones, and managed deliverables to maintain alignment with project timelines and objectives.
