Project, Gucci's inaugural NFT collection,
Each NFT paired with a bespoke handcrafted porcelain sculpture, was a six-month project spanning from initial ideation to final release.
I was responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring alignment across departments.
I led the execution of interdepartmental deliverables, while also overseeing the creative direction and production of marketing assets to support the launch.

My affinity for bringing stories to life made me successful in producing our marketing asset shoot. I did this by managing creative workflow through daily stand ups with our Chief Creative Officer and managing the the design team on our photoshoot.
