Project, Vince Staples | Superplastic Vinyl collab launch at Complexcon,
Vince Staples became a part of the Superplastic animated universe with a unique collection inspired by his album Ramona Park Broke My Heart, culminating in a launch at ComplexCon 2022.
As the Project Manager, I led the booth design process from initial concept through to the build in Long Beach, California. I managed the on-site team and coordinated the booth's programming, overseeing key artist appearances by SSUR, Trouble Andrew, and Vince Staples. Additionally, I ensured all project milestones were met, maintaining alignment across creative, logistical, and operational teams for a seamless execution.

This project took an incredible amount of organization. My success as Creative Producer was due in large part to my internal delegation, interdepartmental communication and coordination with external partners. I give myself gold stars for also managing the budget and travel coordination for our team and our external partners to, not only get to Complexcon, but also to take a pitstop in LA to record an EP. This was a really fun project.
